The name of the Pawelek candy bars originates from the 1980s. At that time, in addition to bars in dessert couverture, customers also wanted bars in milk couverture. Two chocolatiers invented the candy bar, and since they gave birth to sons at the time, each of whom was given the name Paweł, the also gave this name to the bar. The first Pawelek in milk chocolate was created in 1987.
