Easter Egg Decorating Class

Introducing the Polish Art Center in Hamtramck, Michigan! Rejoice this Easter season by learning the traditional Eastern European art of Pisanki egg decorating at our monthly workshop. At the workshop, you will learn how to use the batik method to create beautiful designs on a unique set of egg decorations. All materials used for the workshop are individually provided.

Be assured that you will be guided and mentored every step of the way by experienced members of our staff as they guide you through the entire Pisanki process. Once completed, you can cherish your creations or even gift them to your loved ones. You can take great pride in knowing that you’ve created something authentic and meaningful with a brand-new skill set.

Class is limited to participants only. Minimum age is 8 years old. (no exceptions).
  • Children 8-11 years old must be with a participating adult/parent.
  • Location is at the store: 9539 Joseph Campau, Hamtramck, MI 48212.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class begins so you can settle in
  • You may want to bring a sweater in case you get chilly.
