The album CwaszczInsko Kolada - Carols from Kashubia is a special release. You will ask "Why?". Because it is entirely (both the repertoire and the performance) the work of the inhabitants and people particularly associated with Kashubia.
The idea to implement the project was born in January 2014 and was a joint initiative of the authors of Christmas carols and members of the "KASZUBKI" band.
"KASZUBKI" - a group of the Rural Women's Circle in Chwaszczyno, existing since 2003.
Its creation brought together people for whom singing and music are a passion, and cultivating beautiful Kashubian folklore is a kind of obligation towards past and future generations.
The band consists of a female vocal group performing songs in two voices and an accompanying band.
