Zuza Zak is a cookery writer, food blogger and TV producer. Zuza was born in Communist Poland in 1979 where she lived for the the first 8 years of her life. After moving to London she grew a passion for sharing the Polish food and culture that she loves and remembers with her new home. She describes her first cookbook Polska as "a love letter to the country where I was born."
