Czystek tea (in English, Cistus or Rock Rose) has antioxidant properties: it protects cells against the harmful effects of free radicals, thus affecting the proper functioning of the immune system. Tea is the perfect beverage to sip on while you relax after a long, stressful day, and with every tea comes natural benefits that help our bodies in various ways. Ingredients: Cistus leaves grown in Albania and processed in Poland
Recommended intake:
Drink 3 times a day, 1 cup of infusion, prepared from 1 teaspoon of cistus leaves (1.5 g) per 200 ml of water. Daily portion (3 teaspoons) contains 4.5 g of cistus leaves.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the product's component and in young children. Due to the lack of sufficient data, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor.
Preparation method:
Pour 1 teaspoon (heaped) of rockrose leaves (1.5 g) into a teapot, pour boiling water (200 ml) over it. Cover and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes, then strain.

This study supports the idea that Cistus incanus tea can be a valuable source of polyphenols in the human diet. The supplementations with the commercially available Turkish Cistus incanus tea had a positive impact on oxidative stress markers and lipids profile, allowing us to suggest that there are a wide range of pro-health properties of Cistus incanus, and beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system may be added.
The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
