In our album, we tried to take a closer look at the magnificent architecture and history of Gdansk. Its most valuable monuments are located along the Royal Route leading from the Upper Gate to the Green Gate. Between the gates is the Coal Market, where you can visit the Torture Chamber, the Amber Museum and the Great Armoury building. Next, we start our journey from the Golden Gate through Długa Street and Długi Targ - with the Neptune Fountain and the Artus Court - to Długie Pobrzeże. When visiting the Main City, it is worth visiting the City Hall and St. Mary's Basilica. An interesting district of Gdańsk is Oliwa. The Oliwa Cathedral and the park surrounding it remain a testament to the presence of the Cistercians in this place. It is also worth visiting Westerplatte - a symbol of the fights against the Nazi invader, and the Wisłoujście Fortress located a little further away.
