Return Policy - In Stock Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're not we will be glad to arrange for a return. For exchanges and refunds you are responsible for both the original shipping charges and the return shipping charges plus insurance.

Here's an idea you may not have considered. Since you've already paid for shipping once, why pay twice? Save some money by giving the item as a gift to a friend or a family member.

We are in the business of spreading Polish culture and what better way to do that than giving Polish gifts to your friends (especially the ones who know nothing about Poland). If that idea won't work for you, our return guidelines are as follows:

Please contact us within 14 days after receipt of item to arrange for an exchange or refund. Remember, you are responsible for both the original and return shipping fees. You can send via UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured.

If your item arrives damaged contact us within 5 business days from receipt of your order. Save all original packing materials and carton for inspection by delivering carrier

Return Policy - Special Orders

No returns allowed on special order items. Under special circumstances and provided we can re-sell the items a 20% handling fee will be deducted from any refund.
